How do we measure the ROI of an image program?

We define success metrics together before the program begins. Results show up in how participants are perceived in client-facing situations, feedback from leadership and peers, and behavioral shifts in how teams prepare and show up. For the Talent Mobility Program, we track spouse engagement and family stability as leading indicators of retention.

Is this relevant for our industry?

How long does it take to launch a program?

The Executive Image Workshop can be ready within two to three weeks. The Power Codes and Talent Mobility programs require four to six weeks for the diagnostic and customization phase.

Can the program be customized for our context?

Yes. Every engagement starts with a diagnostic phase where we learn your industry, your team, and your specific challenge. What participants receive is not a generic framework: it is built around your organizational context.

Who delivers the program?

Jimena Alzamora leads all programs directly. She brings over a decade of experience in Big Four consulting and international banking across three continents, combined with certified expertise in image strategy. You are working with the strategist herself, not a junior facilitator assigned by an agency.

Is everything confidential?

Yes. All diagnostic information, individual sessions, and organizational details are strictly confidential and never shared with third parties without explicit authorization.

What if we need to reschedule or adjust the scope?

We work with you. Scheduling changes and scope adjustments are addressed as they come, within the terms agreed in the proposal.

How is this different from executive coaching or presentation training?

Executive coaching works on mindset. Presentation training works on delivery skills. Strategic image consulting works on the visual and non-verbal layer that operates before either of those: how your leaders are perceived the moment they walk into a room, before they say a word. That first perception opens or closes the door for everything else, and it is what most coaching and training programs leave untouched.
